If you've ever been to Carson Wa, then you've probably heard of Backwoods Brewing. For the regular customers they offer membership in "The Mug Club". Members get a personal mug with their name & member number. The mug is bigger then a regular pint glass (at the same price), you get food discounts and other perks. The only downside is you need to bring your mug with you, they don't hold onto it for you.
Being a regular customer myself, I am a member of said club and thought transporting my mug would be easier if I had handy, protective box to tote it in. So, I built one. Low and behold other members started asking where they could get one for themselves, so I built a few.
You can see them in person at Backwoods Brewing, 1162 Wind River Hwy, Carson, WA and buy them when available. Or, I'll be happy to make one custom just for you. They're all solid wood with a cork lining. They protect the mug nicely as I found out first-hand when mine fell out of my truck one day hitting the concert. Mug was fine, took a small chunk out of the box but still works great. The price is $50 (mug club membership not included)
